We need to find a vacuum cleaner that is designed to clean and protect floor boards and tiled surfaces. It should be light and easy to manoeuvre and features at least 1500 –watt motor or over. It needs filters integrated so that the vacuum can trap dust mites, pollen and pet allergens.

The vacuum cleaner should feature rubber cushioned wheels and hard floor nozzle especially suited to polished timber floor boards or tiled floors to prevent scratching. If you live in an apartment or unit, it’s ideal to be with effective sound insulation, also compact and easy to store, in case the storage space is limited.
